Five for GOOD Friday!

Five for Friday on this Good Friday!

 1. Yesterday we did some fishy math. Can't tell you how excited they were when they actually got to eat the goldfish.

2. While looking for a container to take my tacos to school in, I discovered that my tacos fit perfectly into this round tupperware!!!! No spills! Yay for more than a sandwich for lunch!!

 3. New puppy! :) She is 7 months old.

 4. We got a new laminator at school. This is huge news! The previous one had no speed except for supersonic, took 30 minutes to heat up, and was constantly breaking. PTL!!!

5. We practiced making super sentences this week and this was the one we came up with on Wednesday. (We've also been discussing how filling in the background really makes your illustration stand out and look much more pleasing to the eye.) Such a fun activity that I plan to share soon!

And don't forget about the Egg-cellent Sellers sale!

  1. I need to have a talk with my firsties about a background being pleasing. At this point of the year I always get the "Do we HAVE to color" question.
